I want to create my own named wordpress theme, mainly design the header & footer area. For the sidebar area: I prefer using a widge plugin to set the sidebar For the page content, I would use a pagebuilder(like:beaver builder or Wpbakery) and with woocommerce to display our products(just displaying, not sell online). Consider my no coding experience, which is the workable way for me? thanks
I used the same an year ago,you are doing the correct thing just do it,or call me to get some more good advice

I HIGHLY recommend starting off with a base theme that is the closest to what you're trying to build. This is half the battle. Additionally, the theme should have tons of customization options. Qode Interactive is good for this.

Most workable approach is to use a solid theme like GeneratePress, then create a child theme to change it's behavior.
Building a theme is easy.
Keeping a theme secure + working across all PHP + WordPress changes/updates is a full time job.
Better to build a child theme, especially with no coding experience.
