Yes, you can change the business address of an LLC in Missouri by filing Articles of Amendment with the Missouri Secretary of State's office. Here are the steps to do it online:
Go to the Missouri Secretary of State's website (sos.mo.gov).
Click on the "Business Services" tab and select "Online Business Filing and Registration System."
Log in to your account or create a new account if you do not have one.
Select the LLC you wish to modify, and choose "Amend Business Information."
Follow the instructions and update the business address information as required.
Pay the required fee (currently $50) and submit your changes.
Once the Articles of Amendment have been processed and approved by the Missouri Secretary of State's office, the business address for your LLC will be updated.
It's important to note that changing the business address may also require you to update other information, such as your registered agent information, so be sure to review all the information on your LLC and make any necessary updates. If you are unsure about any part of the process, you may want to consult with an attorney or other qualified professional for guidance.
