The Thiel Fellowship is a program that started in 2010 which is meant to really shake up people's notions about what it takes to succeed in the world today. In the past going and getting ones college degree was pretty much the standard track and we're starting to question that and say what can young people do if they take two years, a $100,000 that we give them, mentorship opportunities, and the support to work on their own projects.
