Network Solutions: A Record Instructions

Editing your A Record points your base domain (e.g. yoursite.com) to your LaunchRock page.

1. Log in to your account at networksolutions.com. 
2. Locate the IP Address (A records) section. 
3. Click on the Edit A Records button. 
4. To remove and replace the existing IP address, select the box next to the A record you need to edit. 
5. Click Continue. 
6. On the Confirm DNS Changes page click Save Changes. 
7. Enter 54.243.190.28 in the IP Address field. 
8. Leave the TTL settings set to default (7200). 
9. Click Continue.

Note: To increase reliability you should create four A records and point each one to a different LaunchRock IP address:

• 54.243.190.28
• 54.243.190.39
• 54.243.190.47
• 54.243.190.54

Congratulations! Your A record is now configured to point to LaunchRock.

A CNAME record is required for your hosted Landing Page. Create your Network Solutions CNAME record.

Once you've modified your A records, it may take up to 72 hours for changes to update live.
