Yes I have experienced loss of lived ones.Its sad,heart wrenching and heartbreaking.But we must find a way deep down to move on.The world won't stop because of our pain.I suggest one finds new hobbies or habits, preferably healthy ones or you can talk to me about it.
I have lost both of my parents and I empathize because I know how you feel.However life must go on,while you're trying to heal explore new habits/hobbies,talk to someone either a professional or a trusted friend or spouse if married.Its most probable that your dad was an inspiration,seek to inspire others at least to honour his memory.
