Which companies are cost effective and accurate for mid market to large enterprise business email address database in the US?

I have a B2B services start up and currently i am the only employee. I intended to do a mass reach out with plain text to business decision makers of companies in US and looking for companies which maintains up to date database of email addresses. I used to use Zoom in my previous company however understand it's quite expensive for a start up. Please let me know if any good suggestions and monthly investment required?

Start with https://PostCardMania.com which allows you to start with very good list, as they mail massively every day.

And a postcard sequence can quickly churn out (butter churn causing cream to rise) the "cream" of every list which will produce your highest profits.

These guys manage intersects + sorts of many other lists, so generally they have far "hotter" (more responsive) lists than other list brokers.
